Scheduled service
A comprehensive but cost-effective plan, the scheduled service is available on any age, make or model of machine. With just one payment each year, you will receive unlimited call-outs, two preventative maintenance calls per year, and approved and certified health and safety, hydraulics and electrical testing.
Priority service
Available on all new waste handling equipment, our priority service also includes two preventative maintenance calls each year, health and safety, hydraulics and electrical testing, and unlimited call outs from our skilled Service Engineers, but with the added reassurance that parts and labour breakdown service is included. This all-inclusive service ensures the smooth-running of your baler or compactor at all times.
Complete care service
Our most comprehensive plan that is available on any phs Wastekit machine and even includes the machine rental cost. With one simple annual payment, you receive full service and maintenance cover without any complex financial agreements or capital expenditure.
Includes unlimited call-outs, approved and certified health and safety, hydraulics and electrical testing, two preventative maintenance calls per year, all replacement parts and labour included, and the added benefit of being able to receive a machine upgrade on request.
Our wide network of fully qualified and experienced Service Engineers operate across the UK to ensure fast response times in any region and are trained to service all brands of baler and compactor on the market, not just our own-brand machines. In addition, we also offer a range of professional staff training in operating your selected machinery.
Each year, our team of Service Engineers carry out 23,000 service visits to our customers located around the UK and in the last four years alone, phs Wastekit has helped over 5,000 customers reduce their waste costs by using a baler or compactor.
