as possible to achieve for our clients, we provide three comprehensive servicing and maintenance plans.

At phs Wastekit, we have developed three individual servicing plans, flexible to suit the ever-changing needs of your business.
Scheduled service
This is our basic servicing package, designed to be as cost-effective as possible. For just one simple annual payment we'll determine the right service intervals for your equipment, depending on its age, condition, and the way
it's used. If you only have light duties for your equipment or are operating on a tight budget, this may be the best option for you.
Priority service
The next tier up allows you to take advantage of a slightly more comprehensive service plan, which includes the cost of parts and labour. This tier will allow you to receive priority should the unlikely event of your machine breaking
down occur. We have a 24-hour helpline and regularly have our engineers in operation all over the UK to assure rapid response times.
Complete care service
Our all-inclusive service differs from our other plans in as much as it offers you the ability to rent your equipment from us, rather than outright buy it. That saves you the trouble of having to deal with any complication financial
contracts, and you don't need to find the capital to pay for the machinery upfront. You will also have the option of upgrading your machines.
What you'll always get
Our service packages are designed to offer something for everyone - but there are certain things that you can be assured of, no matter which package you choose.
- You'll receive two preventative maintenance calls every year, to help us diagnose and repair issues before they become a problem.
- You pay just one simple annual payment.
- You'll get courteous and friendly services from a fully qualified engineer trained in all manner of health and safety requirements and the servicing of hydraulic and electrical equipment.
- You'll benefit from unlimited call-outs.
Something else to remember is that our service plans are applicable to any age of machine. Even if the machine isn't one of ours! We're highly experienced professionals and can provide the same standard of quality servicing and
maintenance on any waste baling equipment you have.
